Visa Processing is a team of trained and experienced travel specialists, with the goal of helping our clients to secure the documents needed for a visit to the United States. Here is an overview of our process and services:
- If you complete an order, defined as having submitted both your personal information and the $59 processing fee, we will submit the application for a travel authorization on your behalf.
- Once your case has been processed through the U.S. government, you will receive an e-mail from us that will include your travel authorization as a PDF attachment. We recommend that you print out your travel authorization and take it with you on your journey to the United States.
- If your electronic travel authorization is approved, this approval establishes that you are eligible to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. This, however, does not guarantee that you will be admitted to the United States. Upon arrival in the United States you will be inspected by a Customs and Border Protection officer at a port of entry. Though unlikely, it may be determined that you are inadmissible under the Visa Waiver Program, or that you are for another reason inadmissible under United States law.
- Orders will be processed and a response delivered within 24 hours of order submission (including both weekdays and weekends). We are not, however, at fault if an e-mail is undeliverable due to events beyond our control. Examples would include: emails rejected due to an overfilled inbox or client's e-mail.
- We will gladly accommodate clients who wish to have their travel authorization faxed to them. Please
email us and include your full name and fax number.
- In order to avoid having your travel authorization go into your Junk Mail or Spam folder, make sure to add
info@visaprocessing.net to your WhiteList or approved email list. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your Junk Mail or SPAM folder.
- The fee for our US travel authorization processing service is USD $ 59.00.
- We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.
- Final delivery of the US travel authorization has been made when the client's application results have been e-mailed or faxed to them.
